1) Commission Regulation (EU) 2024/1076 of 15 April 2024
In the fruit and vegetable sector, the end of authorisation of the active substances from this regulation has no effect on the currently valid maximum residue limits, as these had already been lowered to the analytical limits of determination.
2) Commission Regulation (EU) 2024/1207 of 29 April 2024
Although the current maximum residue levels for many fruit and vegetables are already 0.01 mg/kg, there are currently exceptions for numerous O&G products, such as spinach, leaf lettuce, herbs, potatoes, cabbage and onion plants, oranges, strawberries and grapes, to name but a few. Here it must be assumed that the maximum residue levels will also be reduced to 0.01 mg/kg.
3) Commission Regulation (EU) 2024/1217 of 30 April 2024
Although the current maximum residue levels for many fruit and vegetables are already 0.01 mg/kg or 0,02 mg/kg, there are currently exceptions for berries, grapes and a few vegetables. Here it must be assumed that the maximum residue levels will also be reduced to 0.01 mg/kg.
